Staff are not very friendly at this outlet. Placed an order through mobile app this evening. The app hang and when I resubmit my order, didn’t realize that the Pearl Milk Tea sugar level become 125%. I only realised after I click submit order. As I am just two shops away from iTEA, I quickly ran over to iTEA and tell the lady named Jasmine to reduce the sugar level to 75%. Her replied to me is the drink already make so can’t change. I explained to her that the app hang and 125% is way to sweet and I will appreciate she can help to change the drink for me. She simply refuse to change and just walk off. I have no choice but to reorder another drink. 😣😣😣😣😣

Love the “free” black pearls in their signature milk tea. Cheap and good only $2! What’s more can I asked for. Every 4 stamps -free upsize & if 12stamps can get free drink too. Very friendly and patient cashier.

I have always been Bubble Tea lover and ITEA has a lot of choices and it taste good and I will never fail to get a cup when I see an outlet. Today, I've decided to puchase a cup at this outlet and one of the staff was quite rude. Not only she did not smile but when I handed her a note with both hands, she returned me my change by just putting it on the table rudely. Yes I understand that it is covid period and we should avoid contact but I would really appreciate it if she can do it nicely instead. The experience I had was undescribable. There were not many customers and I can understand that maybe she is tired from working long hours but I really hope she can have a little better customer service. In spite of the service I've gotten, I would still recommend ITEA to everyone because of the...

If you happen to order their drinks, please please remember to get their stamps!!! (so you can get cheaper drinks next time!!)

I once ordered 30 drinks from them, and they did not issue card stamps for me (+ I wasn't aware of this stamp system). Only to realised after i made a 2nd purchase from their shop then they gave me 1 stamp. Sigh the amount of stamps i could get from 30 drinks, emailed them with my purchase reference details and after a MONTH + PROMPT they declined my request. (explaining due to time lapse - who would know about the stamp system if it's just one time purchase!)
