1st time visiting with a 8yo on a Friday afternoon (very little crowd). Have only been visiting OLA beach club until I found out about this place. Read lots of negative comments but decided to give it a one time chance due to the slides. So my personal review as a Singaporean whom have only visited OLA beach club. Addressing the negative comments. 1) Unfriendly attitude: Ok, seems like the only unfriendly staff was the one manning the entrance. Zero smile, talk like as if you are not going to pay and is planning to run away. However, she had been standing at the counter since my arrival at 4.30pm (i supposed she had been standing there longer). Whoever being assigned to this post wont have smile on their face, imagine having to stand for so long. Anyway, I feel its the management fault. The rest of the staffs are ok. When customers who went away from their food, the staff will bring covers to cover up the food to prevent birds from eating. But, please have common sense if you are going away with your food on the table, birds will come for them. Just request for a cover before you leave. The staff will not know or notice that you left. They don't babysit you. 2) Dirty sunbeds: Well, thats sunbed for you. Any outdoor cushioned sofa, sunbed or any chairs are dirty. When you visit all the clubs, you think the sofas are very clean? 3) Food: I only ordered fish and chips and calamari. Fish and cheap was bland but very crispy and portion quite huge. (Forgot to take picture). Calamari was not really crispy. Overall food was ok. Drinks: A draft beer, 2 cocktail and 3 mocktail. All was good. 3 Star for the food that I had. 4) Price: Entrance fee of $10 per pax. (Was told that i need to pay for child but when paying, they only charge for adult). Anyway, which other bar got such professional water slides? Price for food and drinks, I feel is abit high but given the atmosphere and facilities, ok. 5) Dirty toilets: It was cleaner than OLA beach club's toilet and cleaner than Sentosa public toilet. However, there is only 1 cubicle shower and 2 open shower. Overall experience: My son loved the slides and his mocktails, I am ok with the food and drinks. So, I will definitely visit again. Instead of going to wild wild wet or adventure cove for water slide, for within a bar, this is not bad too.

I recently hosted my baby girl’s first birthday party at Splash Tribe, Sentosa, and it was an absolutely magical experience, thanks to the incredible team and the wonderful facilities. A special shoutout to Ashley, the outlet manager, whose flexibility and dedication ensured that every detail was perfect. Ashley went above and beyond to cater to all our needs, including arranging halal bentos for our Muslim guests and ensuring the food was served warm and promptly. His professionalism, accommodating nature, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’d also like to commend the amazing team—Fauzi, Zulkifli, Dee, Ana, Aisyah, Yoges, Jack, and Rahman—who worked tirelessly to make the event a success. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that all our guests felt welcomed and cared for. They truly created a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The food was a major hit with our guests! The cheese sticks, churros, and fries were crowd favorites, with everyone asking for more. The consistent quality and prompt service made the dining experience fantastic. The team’s effort in ensuring the food and drinks were always available and served with a smile was much appreciated. The facilities at Splash Tribe are also worth highlighting. The pool and slides are incredibly baby-friendly, which made it perfect for families with young children. It was such a relief to see that the safety of the little ones was a top priority, with lifeguards on duty ensuring everyone could have fun with peace of mind. The kids had an amazing time, and the parents felt reassured knowing their children were in a safe environment. Thank you, Ashley and team, for making my daughter’s first birthday celebration so memorable for our family and friends :) The excellent service, thoughtful touches, and family-friendly facilities exceeded all our expectations. It was definitely not an easy feat in having to handle 80 pax! I highly recommend Splash Tribe for any event—this team truly knows how to create unforgettable memories!

Over the weekend I decided to bring my girls 14 yrs,8yrs and 16 mth old to Splash Tribe. There was only one available time slot from 2pm to 6pm. Reservations can be made online with a $100 fee via credit card which would be deducted for no show or last min cancellation. Obviously 2pm timing would be really hot but their policy is such that they will hold ur reservation for 30 mins after which it is considered a no show and they will give up ur table. Which means that, u dun have the option of booking the 2pm to 6pm slot and coming a little later when it's not too hot. This is really stupid. The place looks great though and all three girls were very happy and had heaps of fun splashing around in the different pools. I enquired about getting towels as I didn't bring any with me. Their website said nothing about providing towels but all the beach bars I've been to do provide towels. The staff told me that they have towels and u have to pay 15 bucks to rent them but she will make an exception and will pass it to me for free usage. Cover charge was $10 per person except my toddler. Minimum spend for table was $100 which I found so hard to do because of limited choices on their menu. Every section of the menu had a couple of items out of stock which is absolutely absurd. I thought it was pretty expensive too, for example chicken sliders for $21. It was just two sliders mind you. I didn't really fancy anything I ordered and kids menu was pathetic. Toilets were horrid. Staff and life guards were professional and polite. I personally do not find the whole experience was worth the money though.

Visited on 19th May 2024. I think the service staff have improved somehow, they seem to be much nicer now. Tried booking last minute online, but it showed that it was full. Called a few times and finally managed to get through and they got us a table. Arrived on time but there were A LOT of empty tables (Something should be done about this online booking thing)

Food was fine, it's not as bad as what some people mentioned. I'd give the food 4/5 but pricing 3/5. (Pro tip, if you cross the barrier, there's a drink stall serving canned drinks at half the price just a few steps away)

Upon arrival, I asked a female service staff for water for my toddler, but she said that all beverages had to be purchased. I was pleasantly surprised when another male colleague walked over immediately and assisted me to refill my toddler's bottle, kudos for the quick thinking and reaction :)

I believe the service staff were trying to respond as quickly as possible, but perhaps some of them were new and kept forgetting the essentials like napkins, tomato/chilli sauce. We did get them in the end, after asking a couple of times.

And yes I agree that staff were a little too quick to clear the tables, my family had just barely finished our food and the service staff was rushing to clear it, didn't quite get why. Much to be improved still.

Upon billing, I was asked to present a laminated card as well, this wasn't given to me when I gave my card to put on hold. But the female manager (didn't get her name) was very pleasant and returned me my card. Again, something to work on.

Finally, it's a fun space to hang with kids who can swim for sure. But parent do beware, it's extremely slippery and dangerous. Saw a couple of broken tiles with extremely sharp edges. In fact, I fell even before entering the pool. Lifeguards were very kind though, they asked if I needed medical attention. I only suffered 3 small cuts and declined. But as mentioned earlier, please be careful if you have young ones. Spoke to the life guard, as I witnessed another guy falling and receiving medical attention. Apparently many people get injured around the area. The slippery tiles and pebbled grates are ones to watch out.

Finally, the rough surfaces are a little painful to walk on. Walking bare footed on these is not an easy feat. I think the team should do a thorough cleaning of the rough surfaces, feels like there are a lot of rocks on it. Just my 2 cents.

Would still visit for sure, and looking forward to the...
