McDonald’s — Restaurant in Bratislava

We like McDonald's, and the food here is as you would expect from a McDonald's restaurant. However, the service was awful, the food was late, and they kept getting our order wrong, I went back to the counter about 4 times and didn't once receive an apology. So, we ended up spending over an hour here. Then, to add insult to injury, we had to pay for parking because we had gone over the time limit (1 hour) for parking. We didn't receive any apology from the staff. They were very dismissive and not very helpful at all. We are now in the process of trying to get our parking fine back. It's not much money but it's the principle of the thing. It is very annoying and not what you would expect from a restaurant that prides itself on expediency and customer service... Very...

I’m never hating on other people but this McDonald’s is hilarious. THIEFS!!!

Good evening. I have been going to this mcdonalds for years and have never had a full order. It has happened several times that whole menus were missing. Half full medium fries instead of large fries. and much more. the staff is very unprofessional and rude. no hello no goodbye. no please no thanks The older lady is the worst, it's a shame about the words because I certainly don't waste any brain activity for a person like that. Rude staff. I was there with my family (4 of us) and upon leaving I realized I've I accidentally thrown out the parking ticket. So I returned and explained what happened to the manager, apologized and asked if she could help me out of the gated parking. She told me I had to pay if I lost the ticket. Tried to explain her I wasn't cheating, even offered to prove I was a paying customer just a few minutes earlier. What I heard as a response was I should have read the T&C's.
