PHOčkáreň Avion — Restaurant in Bratislava

I visited Phočkáreň at Avion, and it was definitely a great decision! I tried the Com Rang with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was perfectly fried, crispy on the edges, and the chicken was juicy and full of flavor. The seasoning and balance of ingredients were just spot on – this dish completely impressed me!

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was very helpful. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and the food is fresh and tasty. I will definitely return, as authentic pho like this is hard to find in Bratislava.

I've ordered pho bo only, so can't really judge the other dishes. Fairly decent size of the bowl with the ingredients that were fresh, there weren't any bean sprouts which I prefer but it is not a must. The broth however appeared to be lacking enough punch/beef flavour. It was clear, which is good, but again, not as tasty as I had expected, almost felt watered down. The service was good, environment is standard but clean food court. Overall 3.5 from me. Would I return? Possibly, but will try other options in...
