✴️Nový ✴️Bluecheese Chef! Regál Burger has lost its flair! I was rather disappointed with the quality versus the price. It's definitely not worth it. I'd have to say that the one thing that was really good when compared to other establishments is the hamburger bun/bread. I ordered the Blue Cheese Burger and it wasn't until I was 75% done did I finally taste just a bit of mild blue cheese. I recently had a phenomenal Blue Cheese Burger at a different restaurant and the one from Regal Burger does not even compare. My boyfriend had the Avocado Burger and it was missing the avocado, we complained at the beginning even before trying it as we could not see any avocado. The employee said that they make a sauce with smashed avocado. There was some white sauce with a few tiny bits of something green that doesn't even qualify as avocado. Each burger was 9.90€ and it was a rip off!

I bought a "Cili-Cilii" burger in this Regal Burger branch on May 2nd and I wasn't satisfied in the least. Not with the burger which definitely did not have the chili sauce in it, making it just a bland tasteless mayonnaise filled overpriced, mediocre hamburger. And I wasn't at all more satisfied with the employees, who are my main cause for concern. Not only they didn't put in the ingredient which made the burger what it was supposed to be, they also couldn't admit their mistake - telling me it was in there, even though they obviously forgot to put it in, lying pathetically to my face! And on top of that they were being rude. Very unsympathetic. I wouldn't recommend this burger restaurant to my worst enemy. Serving overpriced mediocre food and employing insolent, unfriendly individuals who can't even make a decent burger.
