Wow! This pizza really blew my mind. By far the best pizza I had in Slovakia and one of the best I had anywhere. It is Neapolitan type of pizza with fluffy outter crust with charred spots and very thin middle. The ingredients are simple and well combined. What I really like about this place is that they don't try to please everyone with the choice on their menu as it is ver common in other pizza places in Slovakia where they offer salads, pasta, whatever else. Here they do what they know the best: pizza. I only tasted three pizzas so far but was amazed by all of them. Tonno e Cipolla is my top favourite. I find Prosciutto Crudo usually a heavy choice but in this case the taste softened by Burrata cheese was an exquisite combination. First time in my life I actually enjoyed eating artichokes so having Capricciosa here was a life-changing experience for me. On my second visit to the place my colleague would not shut up about Quattro Salami on our way home so it is on my to-do or rather to-eat list. The place had very Italian feel but the glass floor on the way to the toilet almost made my heart stop. The only problem of this place is the tunel vision of the waiting staff which makes sometimes almost impossible to get their attention. Although they offer only pizza as a main course I noticed lot of interesting deserts that I'm sure to taste next time. The pizza here is astounding- by far the best in Košice! In their new premises the vibe is better too and they’ve done a beautiful job converting the place into an amazing pizza joint. Clearly so much love goes into all the food here and I highly recommend coming if you are a pizza lover..! My only complaint is that there is no vegan or genuinely vegetarian (hard cheeses like grana padano are not vegetarian, but are present on the one “vegetarian” pizza) options here. They are happy to provide a pizza without cheese (which is delicious..!) but the last few times I have gone and asked for this it has either been ignored and the pizza came with cheese, or all pizzas ordered for the whole party came cheeseless! This may be just a miscommunication issue but I would love to see a proper vegan or even vegetarian option. Also, sometimes the service can be a bit rude- there is no obvious place to wait for a table or talk to the hostess so you often end up kind of hovering in the middle of the restaurant which doesnt feel good or welcoming. Despite these issues I’ll still come here because the pizza is just that good- says it all really! Would be super nice to see some slight changes made though…! Pizzeria ClaSa je vážne top clasa. Zastavili sme sa bez ohlásenia v nádeji, že v podvečer si nájdeme voľný stôl. Samozrejme naše nádeje sa v momente rozplynuli, lebo v reštaurácia bola full house. Už sme sa chystali otočiť na päte, no šikovný a úslužný personál nám asi po desiatich minútach našiel stôl, ktorý sa práve uvolnil. Oceňujem, že bolo to na dievčatách z obsluhy skutočne vidieť, že ich to mrzí, že vám nevedia v momente vyhovieť. Náhoda nám pomohla. Tak sme si sadli a začali listovať v menu top pizzérky v Košiciach, ktoré je dokonale sortimentom zladené k téme reštaurácie (alko-nealko) chýbalo mi tam len čisté, perlivé San Pellegrino (mali len dochutené), no keď chcete perlivú vodu, ponúknu vám Römerquelle od Coca Coly. A to bola jediná mikroskopická a zanedbateľná škoda, čo sa dá tejto dokonalej reštaurácii vytknúť. Atmosféra, do nohy profesionálny personál, sortiment a kvalita jedla mi pripomínala klasické Talianske reštaurácie s Michelin Guide hodnotením. Pečú tu pizzu na Neapolský štýl s krásne nadýchanými okrajmi. Cesto má dokonalú chuť, hrúbku, farbu a celkový dojem s jeho ingredienciami atakuje tie najvyššie priečky Talianskej autentickej top gastronómie. Ak si chcete ušetriť letenky do regiónu Campana a ochutnať ako chutí Pizza napoletana resp. Naples-style pizza, stačí zájsť do Košíc na Letnú 47.
