The staff deserves a special mention for their impeccable service. They were attentive, ensuring our every need was met, yet their presence was discreet, allowing us to savor our meal and conversation without interruption. Each course of our degustation dinner was great. The dishes were not only visually stunning but also a delightful exploration of flavors and textures. The progression from appetizers to dessert was seamless, with each course outdoing the last in creativity and taste. The combination of exquisite food, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful service made our evening truly memorable. Good overall experience but unfortunately the staff was quite inattentive. We reserved in advance (two weeks actually) and no one acknowledged that during our visit. Which was for my birthday but who cares. We had to repeat what we were there for (chef's tasting + wine pairing) and the wine was brought sporadically and was definitely not pared to anything. Not saying that it was bad, but one out of 4 dishes was left unaccompanied and then after everything we got some plum liquor with nothing to drink it with. Also, was a bit surprising to see no local cheeses at all, that resiling would go well with some cheese and plum liquor would have been left for dessert, just saying. But the food was delicious, no questions there, except for my wife's perch which was slightly oversalted. Venison was amazing, just as the celery soup. We only had breakfast here but we can just say: wow! The staff was unbelievably friendly and tried hard to fulfill all our wishes. Everything we ate was top! Also the interior of the restaurant is very tasteful and well thought out. We were prepared to pay a much higher price and were very positively surprised. If you are looking for something for breakfast in the area, you absolutely have to come here!
