I'm giving 2 stars for a fact that there is a pool and some toboggans so at least some criteria of this being an aquapark was fulfilled... Otherwise deducing stars for: not enough seats for the amount of people that they let in even though there is many signs there's no jumping and diving, the people aren't obeying that which leads to many close calls where children almost jump on your head. Of course, here we have to attribute a large part of the problem to the people visiting, but on the parks side nobody's enforcing the rules. the main pool is actually rather small and outdated it looks dirty (every aspect: when you enter the pool area the foot wash area actually makes your feet more dirty, the pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned, you can see the limescale (mold? I did not inspect closely), the slides look like you could contract tetanus).
I tend to give only positive reviews, but for a 17€ visit of 3hours I would think the quality would be much better. The facility should seriously consider upgrading or reducing the price, this is just diabolical. Of course - with the amount of tourists they are still able to catch at least some people with families who have no choice but to spend the day here. To all those reading this review: Consider checking other therme and aquaparks, consider Austria: it is just a relatively...
Read moreWe only visited the sauna and were a little disappointed. You are being allocated to either the top or basement level which means that you will not have access to the facilities described on the website for the top level if you end up in the basement. We were in the basement and although it was clean and pleasant, the saunas are tiny and there is no cold water pool. The showers are not impressive either. The small pool in the middle is quite nice but it is not a whirlpool. We were lucky as it was fairly quiet but I imagine that you have to wait to get into the saunas if it is busy. My main issue is that the website gives the impression that you have access to all three levels but we did not. There is also no window in the basement and it feels a bit depressing. However, it is clean and...
Read moreA smaller water park with one modest outdoor pool and an indoor pool with a "wild river" and other attractions. The highlight is probably the small climbing wall directly above the pool. There are also two hot tubs, two water slides (quite fast), a small pool for the youngest children, and plenty of loungers. I definitely recommend visiting the water park, threehours is just right. There is a sauna and wellness area available for an extra fee. However, I was dissatisfied with the restaurant. It was cold (yes, it was raining outside, but simply closing the windows would have sufficed). The ordering process was chaotic, and the quality of the food was questionable (I expected more tomato sauce in the Bolognese spaghetti). The pancakes and espresso was not...
