P.E.R.F.E.C.T.I.O.N. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a true pizza delicious gem! If they had only brought me a dough with extra virgine olive oil (made in Hrvaška/Croatia) I would still vote this as 5 star out of 5.😋 Pizza is really delicious, all ingredients are carefully chosen, all have wonderful unique taste, from mozzarela cheese, tomato sauce, truffle cream, prosciutto, zucchini, eggplants, olives (kalamata)... We enjoyed every bite of three different pizza we have ordered: Calabrese, Elena and Tuf. There is a 12 different pizzas on Menu, whuch gives you idea and reason for visit this place every single month in a year so you ca try all pizza from Menu. I don't know if outside terrace is open during winter months so I suggest to call and make reservations as place inside is rather small, only 4-5 tables so you have feeling you bumped into someone's kitchen which also gives you are feeling you are not number who just ordered some pizza, but you are person and they cook it just for you. They are opened from 12 -21, we arrived around 19:30 which was perfect enough time to have 3 pizza and dessert with 2 beers. Atmoshere is relaxing, cool, you can see flame from gas owen, you can see how they make this pizza. Everything was great, so we will definitely come back to try the rest, especially Burrata pizza. Oh, I didn't forget, yes, waitress is a super nice sympatic girl! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ To conclude, Huda you have the best pizza in this region, and outside this region, and believe I tried pizza in 40 countries so far. 🍕

When we arrived, the restaurant was full, because they only had a few tables. The waitress asked us to wait 10 minutes, which we did, but it's a little awkward in such a small space since 5 of us came for lunch. Fortunately, our table was quickly freed and we waited a few more minutes for the waitress to prepare our table. After we sat down we waited 10± minutes to get the menus, which we eventually decided to take from the counter because the waitress did not pay any attention to us. After about 5 minutes the waitress finally came and took our order, unfortunately one of the pizzas was not available. After that, we waited about 40 minutes for our 5 pizzas to be ready, taking into account that there were 5 other people in the restaurant besides us, three of whom ordered after us. The pizzas were great. The ingredients of the pizza at first seem strange, but as a whole they are really great. Plus, the menu states that some of their ingredients are homemade I definitely recommend the restaurant, but you need to prepare for the wait.

Stigli smo u Brežice oko 13 sati, nekih sat vremena nakon otvaranja i pronašli stol na maloj terasi ispred pizzerije. Huda se nalazi u samom centru Brežica, a u unutrašnjem, ne baš prevelikom prostoru ima mjesta za nekih petnaestak gostiju dok se na terasi nalazi šest ili sedam stolova. Ono što me je odmah razveselilo pri pogledu na kartu pića je točeno lokalno craft pivo Reset koje sam već probao par puta i koje mi je jedno od boljih craft piva. 🍺 Huda u ponudi ima dvanaest pizza, a budući da se uvijek na neki način pripremim za odlazak u pojedinu pizzeriju, znao sam da prave dobre napoletanske pizze. Pročitao sam i dosta tekstova i recenzija o Hudi pa smo već unaprijed znali koje ćemo pizze naručiti. Međutim, kako ipak ne bi sve bilo savršeno, onako kao što piše u recenzijama i osvrtima, doživjeli smo dva mala, sasvim nepotrebna razočaranja. Pizzu Karamela koju svi ističu kao pizzu koju se mora kušati nije bilo moguće naručiti zato jer im je, ako sam dobro shvatio, nestalo domaćeg pesta od bosiljka. Zato smo umjesto Karamele naručili Burratu i Elen. Burratu, naravno, zbog omiljene nam burrate, a Elen zato jer nam je djelovala lagano. I sad dolazimo i do onog drugog prije spomenutog razočaranja. Naime, iako na stranicama pizzerije piše kako se njihova pizza peče na vrlo visokim temperaturama i gotova je za samo 60 sekundi mi smo naše pizze čekali nevjerojatno dugih pedeset minuta. Moram biti iskren do kraja pa napomenuti kako nas je simpatična i srdačna konobarica upozorila na nešto duže čekanje, ali definitivno nismo mislili da se radi o čekanju od skoro sat vremena. Nama toliko dugo čekanje nije teško palo zbog lijepog vremena, ugodnog ambijenta, dobre lokacije pizzerije u mirnom centru grada i odličnog craft piva, ali sam siguran da bi to zasmetalo mnogima koji bi na pizzu u Brežice došli ciljano samo na ručak ili večeru. Već smo pri prvim zalogajima zaboravili nešto duže čekanje budući da Huda pravi uistinu vrhunske napoletanske pizze. Tijesto je jako dobre teksture, dobro pečeno i finog okusa. Rubovi su napuhani i prozračni, a sredina uobičajeno tanka i mekana. Nadjevi su sočni i u sebi sadrže vrlo kvalitetne sastojke. Pizze su i vizualno i okusom skoro pa savršene napoletane. Cijene su pristupačne, a kreću se od 8,8 eura koliko košta Marinara do 13,5 eura koliko treba izdvojiti za onu najskuplju, a to je Tuf, pizza s kremom od tartufa. Margherita je 9,9 eura, a većina je pizza između 10 i 12 eura. Čitajući recenzije pronašao sam ih nekoliko u kojima gosti pišu kako se ne isplati sjesti u auto i doći u Brežice samo zbog pizze. Nikako se ne mogu složiti s tom tvrdnjom budući da su Hudine pizze uistinu vrlo kvalitetne, a sama lokacija i ambijent Hude dodatni su razlog za odlazak u Brežice. Pogotovo ako volite dobru napoletanu, a živite negdje u blizini. Tu prvenstveno mislim na Zagreb. Nama je od zapadnog dijela grada do Hude trebalo nekih dvadesetak minuta vožnje, starom cestom bez plaćanja slovenske cestarine. I svakako mala zanimljivost za kraj. U Brežicama se nalazi dosta zanimljivih lokacija koje se isplati posjetiti, a osim dvorca Brežice u kojem se nalazi Posavski muzej i obnovljenog vodotornja svakako se isplati prošetati do velikog i impresivnog mosta koji prelazi dvije rijeke. Most čez Savo in Krko privlači poglede svojom neobičnom mrežastom konstrukcijom tirkizno plave boje, a zanimljiv je po tome što se po njemu vozio Jackie Chan. Jedna je scena popularnog filma Božji oklop snimana upravo na ovom mostu. I zato ako volite dobru napoletansku pizzu, svakako posjetite Hudu pizzeriju u Brežicama, a višak kalorija nakon posjete pizzeriji možete potrošiti obilaskom muzeja u obližnjem dvorcu ili šetnjom do Mosta čez Savo in Krko. Nadamo se da su navedeni nedostaci bili samo loš dan, a ne opuštanje nakon jako puno pohvala i pozitivnih recenzija koje je ova pizzeria dobila. Bez tog dugog čekanja i manjih nedostataka u jelovniku, Huda pizzerija svakako zaslužuje epitet vrhunske pizzerije koju svaki ljubitelj pizze mora posjetiti i upisati na svoju listu dobrih pizzerija.

This is probably the first place that I left after speaking to waiter when ordering. We came in and we were told (without hello) not to seat so waiter can clean, because they have standards. Well it is very weird to keep standing in the middle of small place while waiter goes to take order from other table. He comes back and cleans the table so the remains fall on chair and on floor. That much of standards. We went over menu and found out that there is not one normal classic/Napoletanian/Italian pizza there. But ok, they have some special flavours which can be great. Two from our group had issues with at least one ingredient on each pizza. Therefore, we decided to remove just parmigiano from pizza that is actually margherita with added parmigiano. Waiter told us that this is not possible because they have unique pizzas with very developed tastes and if they would do such a change, the pizza would cost 30€. Well if they had at least one normal pizza on menu, I would not have any problem with that. But when young guys which just opened the place and put parmigiano on almost every pizza says that and doesn't offer any other option it is just bad and very arrogant. Menu says that pizzas are napoletanian with local touch, but added ingredients are mostly Italian, even Croatian. They do not even offer any wine in Posavje, which is very known for its wine. To be even sadder they had only three different beers: Laško, Union and Heineken, and all of them were small. Some special pizzas should really have better companionship. But I guess young ambitious guys are just arrogantly playing around. Having same prices as in Ljubljana also doesn't help. I should just add that I have tasted their pizza on local event in summer and the pizza was from portable oven and quite ok, so I wanted to taste the real deal. Also pizza on event was classic...
