Wonderful! Started with the tuna tartar with avocado purée and a light ponzu sauce which was lovely and had just the right about of flavor without taking away from the quality tuna.
My husband had the steak with pepper sauce. This was accompanied by the best fennel purée I’ve ever had and lightly grilled fresh fennel on top. Light and fluffy with a beautiful creamy taste- this will be my new obsession to duplicate at home!
My trout filet was beautifully cooked and had a little crunch on the outside. The grilled veggies were also spot on.
