Gostilna Viktor Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kranjska Gora

We tried a Nutella pizza. Should be with Nutella and plasma biscuit (added in fotos). As we were always disappointed with the quality of this kind of (Albanian owned) places this was no exception. There was no Nutella and no plasma biscuits on the pizza. Instead some cheap crap chocolate bread spread from god knows where. As a Nutella fan we KNOW Nutella flavour. And all the staff wanted to convince me otherwise. Just plain liars and scammers. Wanted to show me the Nutella jar after my complaint. Yeah right. Jar would be there just to show they have it and showing it to complaints. But using cheap stuff choc bread spread tasting different. And biscuits were not Plasma, but cheap stuff cake you use for tiramisu layed on top - for 1 EUR you get 1 kg of them (good seen on the foto). So what we ordered we did not get and we were lied to when facing them with the facts. Oh, and if you are a single woman (or in our case two) you get served way way waaaaay before the ordinary family of three. Campari spritz was ok. Kept my nerves cool. Never again...

Food was good, I especially liked the pizza dough/crust and the mushroom soup.

Service was strange. The waiter didn't really speak slovenian. I don't find that a big problem for a place like Kranjska gora, where more than half of the tourists don't speak slovenian, but I found it strange he didn't even fully understand the menu in any language it seems and wasn't much help in choosing food. We also ordered fries, that arrived at the table exceptionally fast and were tasty, but were also almost cold at arrival. You have to pay at the counter (no big deal, but a little strange for a restaurant) and apparently you have to know the table number when doing so. A bit of mixed feelings, but the...

Service was average. 1 gently waitress everyone else was disappointing. We ordered 5 dishes. 2 dishes came, of which 1 had a cold (warm) side dish. After +20 minutes the other 3 dishes (basic pizza's) weren't even put in the oven. I asked them to cancel since our appetite was gone and our other 2 guests had already finished. After 5 minutes I asked for the bill. I had to ask 3 people and had to force them to help me or I'd get out without paying.
