PI am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your establishment. I had high expectations based on previous experiences and reviews, but I was left unsatisfied with several aspects of our meal.

Firstly, we ordered an XL Wiener schnitzel expecting a generous portion reflective of the "XL" description. However, the serving was approximately a third of the size we anticipated. This was surprising and rather disappointing, given the expectations set by the menu description.

Additionally, the hamburger served to us was notably dry, detracting significantly from our enjoyment of the meal. Furthermore, the soup portion provided was extremely small, considerably less than what one would expect, which added to our overall dissatisfaction.

Another unexpected issue was being charged a €2.50 seating fee per person, a detail not disclosed to us until after we were seated. I find this practice quite unusual and not in line with the transparent customer service expected in the hospitality industry.

Lastly, we purchased bottled beers with the intention of taking the empty bottles back ourselves, yet we were informed that it was not permitted to remove them from the premises. This was not only inconvenient but also seemed unreasonable, given that we intended to return the bottles.

Disastrous dining experience!

Seated at 1800, we waited until 1845 untill they took our order without questioning if we would like to have a drink or something during our quite long wait. The soup lacked flavor, resembling water taste from a pipe, with poorly seasoned meat. Ordered octopus for main dish, but got veal meat instead. Incorrect wine delivered, a pricier one substituted without notice. A 2.5-hour journey and reservation ended in disappointment. No inquiries about our experience during dinner. Table next to us also complained, but no care was given about that. After 2hrs of stay, which was approx. 5 minutes after charging the bill. Waiter informed them that their time has expired and that they should leave. The fish menu tasted like it was from a discount store - frozen from Lidl. Shrimp crimps found in the soup were an unappetizing surprise.

No excuses given; the waiter advised us to complain later and charged us without explanation.

Not recommending this...

We reserved igloo, which has two tables inside so if there are less than 8 people you will be seated with some other guests, atmosphere is nice, with good views. But the food… very expensive for what it is…. Trout tartare was quite good but except this everything else was bland, prosciutto and cheese was nothing special, chicken was basic and plating boring if it wasnt for some random flowers which made it a little bit more colourful but kitschy, beef was just normal with potatoes, i was expecting very good burger for the price of 17 euros and its name (something like burger for the brave) but the waiter did not ask me how would i like the meat to be prepared, this was the first red flag, and from there it only went downhill, burger was dry (both the bread and meat which was well well done)and there was no sauce inside. For dessert we had panacota and pancakes which both were average. So if it wasnt for the location it would be terrible. For this price i would...
