My recent visit to McDonald's has unfortunately added to a string of disappointments, marking a recurring pattern of order inaccuracies that leaves much to be desired.
During my most recent encounter, I ordered two Grand Chicken Meals, only to receive one. This unfortunate error is not an isolated incident but rather part of a frustrating trend where the accuracy of my orders seems to consistently elude the McDonald's team. Such inconsistencies detract from the otherwise reliable and efficient reputation the fast-food giant has built.
Compounding the issue, attempts to rectify the situation proved futile due to an incorrect contact number listed on Google. The inability to reach out and address concerns only adds to the overall frustration and leaves customers feeling unheard.
It is disheartening to note that these instances of subpar service have become a recurrent theme, significantly impacting the overall customer experience. McDonald's, a brand synonymous with quick service and reliability, should strive to ensure that such lapses in order fulfillment do not become a norm.
In the spirit of constructive feedback, I implore McDonald's to address these systemic issues promptly. Improving accuracy in order fulfillment and ensuring correct contact information are fundamental steps towards reestablishing the high standards customers have come to expect from the brand.

Some People who ordered after me had gotten there order before me Firstly Whilst placing my order by self service kiosk. This beggar comes inside and starts harassing customers for left over food. There was no security insight to stop him Secondly Whilst placing my order i couldn't order milkshake. So I enquired by one of the staff. Who in turn told me she doesn't know and is not sure. She then shouts loud from the self service kiosk infront to the back to enquire if there is milkshake. The staff at the back to so long to reply that she shouted a few times. Thirdly, My elderly dad needed the toilet. There is no public toilets at this branch. Only a disabled toilet. My dad then pulled on the handle to see it was open as the lock showed green in color which means it was open. But was not open. My dad waited patiently. A staff member comes out of the Disabled toilet shouting at my dad very disrespectful asking why he pulled on the handle. And that he must give her privacy inside. It was clear that the staff member was relaxing on her phone in toilet. As she came out of the toilet with her phone still on and in her hand. Read moreI took my family to the drive thru to pick up a meal, this was in the evening and it was quiet with only two other cars. When we arrived at the screen where one places one's order there was nobody to serve us, no greeting, nothing. After perhaps a minute of talking into the speaker, we finally got a response. We placed our order and proceeded to the first window. The queue was very slow and it took about 15 - 20 minutes to receive our order and bearing in mind that only two cars were ahead of us and the resteraunt inside was empty. When we arrived at the payment point there was nobody there, two minutes later the lady arrived. We paid. When we eventually received our order, we received the incorrect food items. We ordered two quarter pounder burgers and two milkshakes and we received some boerewors burger instead. The last time we came to this McDonald's drive thru, we had also been given the incorrect order and I had to point it out to the lady at the last window, who was not remotely apologetic and actually argued with me, while she was firmly in the wrong for messing up our order.
