I was at the branch yesterday and would like you to view the cameras to see the amount of times I had to walk to collect my things from the packing staff. My chicken tasted burnt and the manager came to me told me that it doesn't look burnt and what should he do about it should he give me underdone chicken. I told him to smell it or taste it and he will no what I have experienced. He walked away with attitude brought a unappetizing plate of food with plain wedge when my order was spicy wedge. I took my chips and wanted to get spicy wedge. I came back and the water was drowning the chicken I bet my chicken was steamed put on my plate and sauce thrown over it it had not touched the grill. So disgusted. Besides that I went to the same manager Wandisele asked him why am I receiving this type of service he look at me so irritated. I said my kids did not received their juice can I please have it. He said I should take it when I place my order. I said the Cashier asked me if I want it with my meals and I said yes as the juices would be warm by the time the cooldrink came. He gave me so much attitude that I actually asked him "Why are you so irritated by me?" I said "If you don't feel like being at work then why are you here?" This is my second instance at this nandos the 1st time Manager Muneeb sorted it out for me and I was extremely happy I went back because of the service received. Unfortunately Muneeb was off duty yesterday. But why should 1 manager hold the service level high and the other one is not capable of doing so. Read moreVisited the store today for our weekly dose of nandos and was disgusted with the service I received from the incompetent staff. Placed my order and waited in my car. After returning to collect 20 MINUTES LATER only to find our order was not even made. When I questioned why wasn't my order ready after waiting so long guy packing the orders responded that they did not know what flavour the leg pieces were supposed to be. I then queried with the lady at the till and the blame game began(i never take your order) was the response. I then asked for the lady who's name is on my till slip and then they asked if it was a phone order instead of sorting out my order. Guy packing orders blatantly ignored me while packing orders that were placed after me. Even customers that came after me were querying why my order is not made. Packer then questions customer asking him if it's his order. I then asked for the manager who packed the order in less than a minute without querying with the packer.send me your details and I will prove that you have now lost a R1000 of business from me a month. Read moreI'm writing to express my disappointment after visiting the Nandos branch on Wednesday, August 21st. As a regular customer, I was shocked and let down by the service I received. Arriving 30 minutes before closing time, I was refused service by the staff, who claimed that all equipment was already off and that they couldn't take my order.
I find it unacceptable to be turned away when I arrived with plenty of time to spare before closing. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the closing time and advise what time the last order is taken on weekdays. As a customer, I expect to be able to place an order until the stated closing time.
