The jollof rice didn't meet my expectations; it resembled fried rice more than traditional jollof. However, the meat was exceptionally tender and perfectly seasoned, and the spinach was also delicious. To complement the meal, I enjoyed a refreshing bissap juice made from hibiscus flowers, known as Roselle, which is quite popular among Nigerians. I was in the mood for something different, and the cashier recommended trying it out. The flavor was reminiscent of beetroot juice, but overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, and we will definitely return for another visit.
