Burger King Willow Road (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I have always considered Burger King to be a level or 2 above the major competitors. That is until about 2 weeks ago when I was overcharged (only found out afterwards when checking the till slip) That isn't the main point though. The problem was that the burgers did not have the normal juicy beef patties, but some kind of pale razor thin patty that looked like it was made of paste. We also ordered mozzarella sticks which had no flavour of any kind at R36 for 3, a whopping price for something which made dog food seem interesting by comparison. Myself and my family made a decision to stay away for good after this. I don't know if they couldn't get their normal stock or what the reason was for the fall from a 4 star takeaway to a technical 1. (technical because if I could give it a quarter of 1 star, I would. I was so excited to hear buger king had a vegan option, so without any hesitation i went to buger king in Lorrain PE, I decided not to go through the drive through and go into the shop. To my disappointment the front of house manager had no manners what so ever, when I asked for the wifi pin to use the app in store he spoke to the guy working behind the desk in Xhosa, in a very bad manner, not helping me with the wifi what so ever, and when I asked if there’s a problem he replied with a nasty attitude. The drive thru facility is not practical. The menu to order is after the intercom where they take your order.. so if you are not a Burger King regular and you not sure what to order it is pointless. The menus are outdated meaning that they are not on light boxes so when you ordering at night you might as well jump out your vehicle to look at the old school posters they have. The queues is so long and I may be one of those people that added to the time delay for others because I had to ask the friendly lady that was taking my order to read the whole menu to me. Although the food was not bad i gave it a 1 star for the 1 hour wait in the queue and for ordering something I did not want due to just settling on a burger to avoid the waiting period for the poor...
