Debonairs Pizza Gardens Centre — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I give credit, where credit is due, but unfortunately there is nothing this Debonairs can be praised for.

We have previously placed delivery orders, that never got delivered. Still we decided to give the shop another chance and placed a collection order tonight. Oh man, what a mistake! When we collected our pizza, chaos reigned within the shop! Everyone was scurrying about, another customer was complaining because she had been waiting 40 minutes for an order. There was clearly no leadership and no direction.

The cashier was in the bathroom (I think). No one else could take our payment and we had to wait. Got home, got everyone settled and started to eat the most tasteless and dry pizza ever! Hardly any fillings (one slice of pizza had a single sliver of chicken, some had only sauce, some had no cheese).

I wonder if the owner ever spends time in this shop and if they are aware of what is going on? I am done wasting money on Debonairs - unfortunately one bad apple has spoilt the entire take-out...

Firstly these folks can NEVER get a delivery correct and twice I have ended up driving to collect it myself. This evening we ordered online and went to collect and it was absolute CHAOS at the store, with everyone running around and the only person who knows how to operate a till at the bathroom... Eventually when she returned we could pay and leave, but no after us having to sanitize our hands and have our temps taken. But wait there's more... Talk about the bare minimum of topping on the pizza! There were pieces without cheese on! If you are the owner of this store best you start spending more time at the store as it is tarnishing the Debonaires brand and if you continue you will be loosing more people than our family as customers. If you are from Debonaires head office best you do a secret shopper on this store as you have got some serious damage control to...

I ordered food with Debonnaires Lorraine and I am utterly disgusted with the service I got even from them. I ordered via Uber eats and the driver who brought my food left my food on a dirty drain on the ground floor while I stay on the 4th floor and I knee injury for me to go up and down and worst part it's a rainy day. Debonnairs did not attend to this matter no matter how many times I tried reaching to them. I had to go down stairs and fetch dirty, wet and unhygienic food downstairs. All I expected was debonnairs to get themselves involved in this matter as it their restaurant were the food was collected. The uber driver was Elvis driving a black and white Chevrolet spark life and he is very rude man. Does not deserve to work...
