KFC Circular Drive — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

This is what happens when money and greed takes control of a food chain. Blame it on the economy. The size of the crunch burger is a disgrace. 6 bad experiences with walker drive they don't put salt on the chips anymore. Get home only to find out the. No condiments in the parcel. The you go to circular drive kfc hoping it will be better and the chicken left the building. What a disgrace and disappointment. Businesses shut down because of these reasons. This is one example of WHY our economy is as it is. The lady was willing to replace it and the 2nd burger is not any better. Hope the friendly staff find new employment if this branch doesn't make it......... We, the customers, our support keep the salaries paid and electricity bills running yet we are being treated as if we owe kfc something...... Take our money and give us this.... So so sad.... Closing the kfc...

I am extremely disappointed with the service from KFC circular drive online app. For the second time, I placed an order that didn't go through, yet the payment was still deducted from my account. The first time this happened, I thought it was a fluke, but now it has happened again.

To make matters worse, getting a refund has been an absolute nightmare. Customer service has been unhelpful, giving me various conflicting stories about the status of my refund. Each time I call or email, I get a different explanation, and it's clear that there is no consistency or urgency in resolving this issue.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has made me lose trust in KFC circular drive ability to handle online transactions properly. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using their app, as this issue has caused me significant...

Tonight, 03 December 2023, I went there to buy what I usually buy at KFC. I ordered on the self-service and 2 minutes later was told that there was a 6 minute waiting on the 1 chicken fillet for the rounder. I ordered 4 rounders (1 with no garnish and with cheese) 2 large chips and a sw5. I landed up waiting 20 minutes. My order came and I left. At home I opened the package, only to find out there was only 3 burgers. I decided to drive back and complain. I was further aggrieved by the assistant. No sorry, sir, no apology. Nothing. I just wasted my time, petrol and the food has already gone cold. Burger came and I went home. I went red in the face when the 1 burger I ordered had all the garnish. My 10 year old son will not eat it and I had to remove the garnish and add a slice of cheese. They wasted my time, petrol and money. Staff is unfriendly...
