I'm beyond disappointed — I'm furious. I arrived and ordered from Steers at 18:55 and only received my food at 19:50. That’s nearly an hour of waiting for something that should’ve taken minutes (2 burgers). My order number was 288, yet I watched number 305 get called and walk out with her food while I was still standing there — hungry, frustrated, and disrespected.
This wasn't just a minor delay. I had my 80-year-old grandmother and my 3-month-old baby with me in the car. Do you know how long an hour feels in that situation? It’s exhausting. It's stressful. And it’s downright unacceptable.
There was no apology. No urgency. No care. If I could give zero stars, I would — because this doesn’t even deserve one.

Food was probably good to start with, but by the time I got it I could have repaired a shoe with my pattie. Manager seemed nice at least, and must have pretty strong eardrums to have dealt with me on the phone after my order disaster, she promised me a 50 percent discount on my next order. Collection works fine, but DO NOT DO DELIVERY!

So i phoned and the phone was passed around like a hot potato!! I asked if i could please get rhe right order as i paid alot for my food?? So they take my name and number aswell as my address and what happens? NOTHING.... I called back 20 minutes later only to find out that they wont be sending me the right order at all and i must complain on the uber app.why? They didnt do anything wrong.you please didnt do your jobs properly and now want to shift the blame. Kak management kak staff ,please save yourself the trip,rather go to a different steers.
