I had the pleasure of frequenting your premises again over the past weekend. Your staff is well trained, your premises, breathtakingly tranquil and neat as a pin. Your Mince on Toast….

It has been a favourite of mine for breakfast. However: someone thought they were clever to go and change the cook or the menu.

What once used to be crunchy toast with a beef mince ragout, full of flavour, with grated cheddar cheese and garnishing….. is now a lifeless dish.

The mince was dry and tasteless, no savoury umami tomato-ey goodness! I could not smell the nutty buttery scents that once enveloped this dish. The mince tasted like soya, not beef.

When something isn’t broken, do not fix it.

Your cream ordered on the side at premium for our lovely cupachino’s, was also unfortunately on the sour side, once added to the coffee, the coffee was virtually ruined….

Please look at the menu items, bring them back up to standard. As for your team: they are thoughtful, professional and very well...

Lovely place, with absolutely beautiful garden with different flowers in every direction. Lovely food and friendly staff. Only thing is we waiting very long for our food to come and it was not too busy but the food was delicious and was definitely worth the wait and the prices are very reasonable. Such amazing food and fantastic staff to only be let down by the surroundings. The bathrooms have broken glass doors with shards accessible to young children and wooden steps that need replacing ASAP as the rain has rotted them. Once these and several little issues have been fixed this place will be a 5* must to...
