Nando's Oxford Street (East London) — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I'll never quit Nando's. I'm a great fan ❤️😘 African-Portuguese fusion, mouth watering food. Oh my, and the music makes everything come alive. One place where everyone is really enjoying their food and super friendly and chatty. Nandos Aberdeen in Union Square is my absolute fav spot. Its the first spot I tried Nando's and I just fell in love with the food. The staff are tops at both location, Aberdeen and Berners London. I daydream nowadays whenever I miss having peri peri grilled chicken 🤤. The only thing I see in shops where I am right now is the small bottle of Peri Peri sauce. Almost an hour late. Minimal Communication. Chip's Cold. Waste of time and Money They offered to remake the order, but to what end? Another 2 hour wait? No thanks. East London Service leaves much to be desired. Nando's will reply with a quirky "chirp" about how we are sorry that your feathers are ruffled... and ...Please don't grill us etc etc . The jokes don't do anything to help the cause, in fact it highlights their absolute disregard for the paying customer. They never address the issue and don't provide any relevant feedback to their customers. Sad that the best takeout provider in the country is regressing at such an...

Ooh well, the only challenge with this place is the Location for me. There’s not really a good view and sometimes you struggle to find parking. Other than that, the food is great and the service is also good. There are no views really and I guess should you decide to go there it would be for a filling Nando’s meal, which will leave you full and satisfied 👌🏾. The car guards outside will make you laugh as well before you enjoy your meal. It is worth visiting 🙌🏾
