KFC Ben Fleur — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

I have been to this KFC five times in total, they have conveniently forgotten to put the drinks in the bag 4 out 5 times, the last time around Christmas time I went to the drive-thru to order, was informed the speed point was out of order, I informed the the lady that I was just going to go draw from the atm in the same centre(Ben Fleur Boulevard), just to return to someone running out to place a crate in front of my car as I was driving into the drive-thru, this being the sign that the store was now closed. I walked towards the main entrance where I was just refused service. It is a shame actually as this is one of the KFC with the best food and it so conveniently located. Ordered from them again today, this time through MR D, guess what? No...

Their service is extremely bad, I walked all the way to kfc to wait for an hour for my food!!! And I was pissed because it shouldn’t take an hour to make some food, they even said it was ready twice before it actually was. Another thing is that I wasn’t even the only one complaining, 6 other people were as irritated and pissed as I was. As for the atmosphere the place was just hectic, it was clean but workers were shouting, one client was complaining about his food and the rest were just frustrated from...

This evening my wife, son and I decided to get KFC for dinner.... the drive through cue was long but the staff member, Vincent really made the wait worth it... i have never in my life been helped with such a positive energetic person. He made jokes while passing our order to us... he was extremely pleasant and friendly... because of Vincent KFC Ben Fleur will be seeing much more of us... Thank you Vincent for the unbelievably Fantastic service and vibe that you brought forward... cant wait for our next...
