Worst experience we’ve had today with my partner, waitresses have no idea what they are doing they were all over the place, we had to ask for help after 15min of being set down and not being attended to. Person who took our order forgot what was ordered someone else had to came to “correct” the order still came out wrong. Cold coffee(incorrect order as well), burnt toast, food arrived very late. Asked for well done eggs they came runny couldn’t even finish my breakfast because the runny yolk was in the rest of my food🤦🏽‍♀️

And i must say you don’t have a designated waitress. Anyone comes and you just have to keep on dealing with different people it as very frustrating having to deal with such. And the place was so empty for such...

Lindokuhle (coincidentally, that's my niece's name) gave us a best service. Quite friendly, welcoming and bubbly person, was quite hilarious when she tried my home language (isiXhosa). After all it was the effort that mattered and I had great time especially since it was a sunny and lazy Saturday morning.

Will definitely frequent Mugg and Bean on the Move (Ben Fleur Boulevard) since it is a 5 minutes drive from my place. The atmosphere is quite relaxing and tranquil.
