McDonald's Fleurdal Mall Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Free State

Have been supporting this branch for several years now and was truly disappointed with how disorganised the staff were this morning. Sat in the drive through queue for 20 minutes with only a single vehicle in front of me. From ordering the staff couldn't find the item on the system, at the paypoint they asked which order was mine and at the collection point they handed me the wrong order anyways...🙈

Usually a great place, but would be nice if the electronic order machine would correlate with what is available. I ordered ice-cream and waited about 15mins before going to the counter to check after other people who ordered after me were assisted. I was informed the ice-cream machine was not there (it happens and no problem with that, machines like people need rest too) yet no one informed me till I went to the counter after already paying and waiting. I've always loved this McDonald's branch in Bloemfontein, it really was top class, fast, effecient, friendly, and competent but I have no idea what happened post lockdown. The lady at the window was rude, trying to make us leave before she'd actually finished giving us our order, tried to calmly explain, but she was short with us and then didn't apologize for her mistake and then when we got home our Sprites were Soda waters?!
