Nando's Fleurdal Drive Thru — Restaurant in Free State

I ordered full chicken and 2 sides..peri wedges,nandos garlic rolls, and salad. When I went to the store to collect,the lady told us they don't have salad and we opted for spinach. We sat for a while as the order was not ready yet. She brought the order to us and friendily she told us what was in the package and we believed her and didn't check. When we arrived home the peri wedges were not there. We called and one guy who helped us sed we should select 2 and it will take us straight to the shop and they will be able to deliver the missing item. A guy replied after calling and we explained our challenge. He said he will call us back ,he just wants to ask the lady who helped us. He called back and says the lady said she put them in,so we explained they were not there. And he said its fine we can come and fetch. We asked him to deliver. He rudely told us he won't be able to do that,if we can't fetch now ,we can get them any other day. What's that. We need to eat today not any other day. He hanged up on us after I told him he needs to be reported to...

We ate in at the store , food came cold , basting sauce was a bit less ,

I asked for more sauce., the waiter went and got it …

My dad also asked for sauce , the worst attitude was seen from the waiter !!!

She said no ! You have sauce , then my dad said it’s very little , can u add more. She rolled her eyes and took the food away and left it on the counter behind her.

After a few minutes she brought the food back with more sauce. And turned her bak and walked away rudely.

When we told the manager about the incident. She listened. Didn’t say a word , turned and left !!! After few minutes we see she went on break and was eating next to us. As if nothing happened

Disgusting behaviour and response from the waiter and manager…!!! They both didn’t care and just went...

During a recent visit to the Drive-Thru, we enjoyed a delightful takeaway dinner. It was flavourful and met our expectations for Nando’s renowned peri-peri offerings. The staff members were notably friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth ordering process.

However, we encountered difficulty locating the restaurant due to the unlit Nando’s sign. Being unfamiliar with the area and relying on GPS, we were misled down paths that didn’t seem to lead to the restaurant. Eventually, we spotted it from the main road but nearly missed it because the sign’s light was off.
