Panarottis Northridge — Restaurant in Free State

There are two tables that seem a bit more private than others we sat there this Sunday after we flew in from the airport, I was very hungry but we were not served our food on time we placed our order at around 4pm and at 5 decided we would leave because I have never known Panarottis to take that long to prepared food. 20 minutes max but today even a table that sat next to us that arrived after us got served before us. My order was big and I realised this is very unfair and I got very irritated. I stood up and realised the waitress serving us was the one in the kitchen preparing food, now I don’t know how qualified the staff here are but this very new to me and hence I decided to complain and leave because it certainly not what went there to experience. This was unlike any Panarottis I had experienced before I asked to speak to the manager but till still point I don’t know who was the manager just a waiters who were trying to get my husband to pay for the food as take away. I ordered from Pizza Pug which is supposedly run by Panarottis Northridge mall. There is a reason why I did not order (via Uber) Panarottis Northridge because you wait for an eternity. They never answer their phone and the service is ALWAYS awful. So when the Uber told me Pizza Pug was in fact Northridge I was expecting the worst. Needless to say, I waited almost three hours for the pizza. Then, the order was incorrect. I got one incorrect pizza and one short. I ordered six pizzas and only got five. The drinks I ordered were also incorrect. So, now I have paid for six pizzas, and only got five. I put in a complaint with Uber Eats and I am still waiting. To top it all off, I have been trying to phone Panarottis Northridge mall since last night (8 times now) and of course, no answer.

Pathetic. They will NEVER see me ever again and I will use every opportunity I have to spread negative word of mouth. Bloemfontein is small. And there is a reason stores close in...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panarottis Northridge, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience!
