The Best Boba Tea! Staff are very friendly and welcoming, service was superb and staff were able to make recommendations. We tried both; the popping boba as well as the tapioca kind and enjoyed both. The Dalgona (honeycomb) boba tea was so refreshing in the Gauteng heatwave, and the Chocolate Gold and the Falooda shake with Tapioca pearl tasted great too. Even though the Boba Tea Café is very far from home, we will be making special trips for more. We also enjoyed the Wagyu beef Toasted Sandwich as well as the Chicken option.

Afrer I ordered I literally could not wait to get my order so that I could pop my tea cup on the top with my straw! As you walk into this store you are greeted by welcoming colours and decor. The menu is really vast and so exciting too. To top it off the staff are very friendly and pleasant. The food and beverages are just to die for. I ordered a passion fruit pop (which I thoroughly enjoyed popping on the top) and a few baked pastries. All in all it was a really great experience, well done to the Boba Tea crew!

Boba Tea Café is a hidden gem for bubble tea enthusiasts. A different take on boba milk tea, the milk tea was frothy and creamy and was a positively different experience for me. The café's ambiance is equally charming. With comfortable seating, soothing background music, and inviting decor, it's an excellent spot for hanging out with friends, studying, or enjoying a relaxing solo drink. However, being the only customers in the store, the service could be a little faster.

Very exciting to have the Boba Tea Café in our community. This relatively new shopping complex is definitely uplifting our community. The Boba Tea and usual refreshments are fabulous. We all enjoyed it and definitely recommend visiting the Café.

A note to the owners: I was disappointed with the "cake" options. R45 for cake is reasonable for this type of Café but the cake was not what I would expect. It was plain and very small, the appearance of a Browny that you would be at a school tuck shop. I was tempted by the cake-pop that looked like a Magnum ice cream but the overall impression of the cake display made me loose interest. Ladies behind me commented that the price is ridiculous for such small pieces. A cake display can be so tempting and one will easily end one's diet if the display is done well. Definitely not up to standard with the rest...

The boba tea is very nice but my one child was still a bit sick with flu so I wanted an extra straw so we dont get sick as I always sip with them. 60 bucks per cup of tea and they refused to give us an extra plastic straw, even after explaining the situation to them. I will sadly be looking for our new boba tea bar after this bad experience. It spoiled our celebration and put such a damper on the vibe.

I ordered a cappucino, but got no teaspoon (not even plastic) to stir the coffee. We asked twice and when we left the kitchen lady called me back to get the spoon for her from the table.

I see you passive aggressively blame your customers for every bad review here as well so I'm not expecting an improvement on this either. Just thought I'd mention our experience in case you'd respond to...
