I absolutely love this coffee shop! Not only is the coffee excellent and always served with care, but the fact that it’s pet-friendly makes it a real gem.

The staff go out of their way to make both people and pets feel welcome – they even keep fresh water bowls outside and a few treats on hand for furry visitors.

The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for sitting down with a book or catching up with friends while your dog lounges by your side. I really appreciate how clean and well-kept the space is, even with the pet-friendly vibe.

It’s such a refreshing spot where you don’t have to choose between enjoying a great cup of coffee and spending time with your four-legged companion. Definitely one of my favourite places to unwind – highly recommend!

Visited Bootleggers Karaglen on Heritage Day and was genuinely disappointed — not with the staff, but with the clear lack of planning from management.

How is it acceptable to have only one waiter, one barista, and possibly just two kitchen staff working on a public holiday? It’s unfair to the staff and frustrating for customers. The team on duty was clearly doing their absolute best under pressure, but they were overwhelmed and visibly stretched thin.

This isn’t a criticism of the hardworking staff — they deserve credit for holding things together. The real issue lies with poor management. Public holidays are peak times; not being properly staffed is a recipe for unhappy customers and lost business.

Love the chic design and atmosphere of the restaurant. If you're a coffee lover, then you'll love the Vietnamese coffee - it was on point & transports you to straight to a coffee house in Saigon! I had the Buttermilk flapjacks which was light, yet decadently rich at the same time. DH had the Oats with caramelized apple and it was yummy & hearty. The selection of pastries, cakes, cookies and ready-to-go breakfast sandwiches/buns/egg pot options was great! Definitely a new favourite go-to (especially after early morning school drop off as they open early).
