Management, please train your staff in some customer service. Friday I placed an order telephonically at 3.14 pm for collection at 3.45 pm because I had an appointment at 4 pm. Upon arriving at 3.45 pm the order was not ready?? After another 5 minutes of waiting, I asked the front desk lady why my order is delayed. She simply told me they forgot. No apology what so ever. I asked to speak to the manager and she chose to ignore me and continue to play with her pen. She kept on ignoring me and once the food arrived, 15 minutes later, she plonked it on the counter. The Chicken Chow Faan is absolutely stunning for the price range. It could do with more vegetables though. Hence the loss of 1 star. We took the food as take-away, and did not have to wait an entire day to get our food. The chicken was very tender. We added sweet and sour sauce which added a very nice twist to the already tasty meal. The amount of food was also more than enough to get 3 good meals out of the 1 that I got. This is the other reason why I love Kung-Fu Kitchen. I will definitely go back. But then take time to have a sit down meal. I can really recommend Kung-Fu Kitchen restaurants. My son and I ordered take away from Kung-Fu Kitchen Edenglen on the 5th of Oct 2020, I ordered Green Thai Curry and my Son ordered Pork Chow Mein. I tasted mine had a few bites and I found that the food was off. The meat especially! My son's was tasteless and it was a huge disappointment. We ended up throwing the food away and I ended up going to bed without dinner. I was not feeling well and we will leave it there. I phoned Kung-Fu Kitchen to complain and their response was I am the only person complaining about that meal...
