A Taste of Italy in the Moot!

My partner and I had an unforgettable date night at Café Positano Moot on the 29th of June 2024 last year! I forgot to write a review, I just scrolled my photos and immediately were taken back in time, what a awesome memory! From the moment we stepped in, we were transported to a cozy Italian restaurant, complete with warm ambiance, soft music, and exquisite décor.

The food? Absolutely divine! We indulged in:

*Bruschetta: Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly toasted *Caprese salad: Creamy mozzarella, sweet tomatoes, and fragrant basil *Alfredo: Rich, creamy, and cooked to perfection *Tiramisu: Decadent, coffee-infused, and utterly irresistible

What impressed us most was the generous portion sizes - we left feeling satisfied, not hungry! The pricing was equally impressive, offering great value for the quality and quantity of food.

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was intimate and romantic. We felt like we were in Italy, not Pretoria!

Café Positano Moot, you've stolen our hearts! We can't wait to return and experience more of your Italian magic.

Tucked away around the corner from a large shopping centre, this cosy small restaurant offers a great feel of being in Italy. The menu is limited, mainly speedy snacks and delicious coffee. We bought cookies there. Service is good, but mostly I love the visuals on the walls, the scooter seats. Ideal for a quick snack. Cafe Positano is a lovely place to work remotely. The staff and manager are quick to serve you and check in with you, they food is great and very well priced. Even when I have food delivered from them, I receive great service and even a "thank you enjoy" note on the pack. Love love...
