Absolutely SHOCKING!!! Ordered food, waited for an hour and a half for my food. Food arrived an hour after the app said it had been delivered. Pizza was ice cold! And the state of the pizza was shocking! All squashed and messed up. Will not be using Debonairs El Ridge again if this is how they are doing things now. Absolutely ridiculous #NOT TO MENTION!!! I ordered chicken strips as a side. Took one bite and saw instantly that the chicken was RAW. Wasn’t cooked at all!! Debonairs El Ridge. How could you serve this to paying customers?

What a horrible experience all together.i practically had to beg the lady answering the phone to place my order. “Please get people who want to work to answer you phones”.i was expecting a delivery within 45min.i received my order an hour and 15min later,and half my order had been forgotten at the store.my order looks like it was made in a back room somewhere..truly disappointed.I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEBONAIRS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GOOD MEAL!!

Bought the worst triple decker ever in my entire life. Please if you are not willing to work don't report for work. Its very dry even though i ordered extra sauce. They never bothered to put the extra sauce but took R7,50 for the sauce. See attached pictures of the worst triple Decker ever. Daylight robbery

Poor manners and attitude by their delivery guy. Order from Steers was placed by my girlfriend to be delivered at my work at 12:00, he pitched up at 11:50. At 11:52 i received the order from him after saying Hi politely and thank you. He didn't say a word, he just looked at our receptionist and said i have places to be and you are taking so long.
