Worst experience ever. It could have been resolved but manager was reluctant to resolve initially. They over cooked prawns and was shriveled and hard. Before opening the package we requested for it to be remedied and the answer was No. We then realized that they forgot to pack one meal that was ordered and the manager refused to come on the phone. Eventually he did come on and insisted all was complete in my order. I had to pack everything back and go in to the store to show them the pack received and asked him how on earth would the short box fit, to which he finally replied that he checked cameras and the chef forgot to make the meal. Thr person packing it also didn't check the order. I was very embarrassed as I was short of food at the table with my guests. Very poor service from manager down to staff. Terrible experience and ruined the night by the extra trips...

I had ordered the fish and calamari special two days in a row for supper. On the second day, I received half the portion of rice and barely any calamari. I had only received three calamari in which one was basically half and the other almost burnt as it can be seen in the picture. When I phoned in, the manager had the audacity to say that they would never give 3 calamari in which he was applying that I was lying. Furthermore he said that they can only assist me when they are not busy which would be the next morning. I have never received such pathetic service before and definitely will not be supporting this restaurant again. This was my supper so how can u say you will get back to me tomorrow. The owner needs to get stuff that have customer service and not treat their customers like dirt, without us as customers u won't...

2nd time that the cashier is very busy with her own things and forces you to wait until she has the time to very irritable ask you what do you want??!!?? I made the mistake to try the new Snoek & Chips🤢 The snoek was lovely but the chips was not cooked properly!! Had to throw more than half away and because it was a take out did not want to waste fuel taking it back!! Once bitten - twice shy!! But nope - I experienced this horrible service twice!! Never again!! Will rather take my money...
