Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

So disappointed and i actually regret having ordered pizza today. So i made an order on the app @18:38 driver called me at 19:11 saying in 5mins he'll be downstairs and i didn't wait the 5mins i immediately went out to wait and it was the longest wait of my week... 45mins later the driver had not pitched and i kept calling the store and got told to be more patient and i had run out of patience and Brian who was the receptionist said they would prepare a new order and send it through and I'll be the driver's first stop... Total waste of ky money, the driver arrived at 20:12 and the receipt had sauces and the presentation on the box just sent me off. Biting the pizza it was just dry and cold and from the look of it it's the pizza that was prepared at 18:38... How possibly can they deliver cold dry pizza when it wasnt my fault that the driver didnt pitch on time. Threw the pizza in the dustbin and thats how terrible it was...

What a regret in ma life so so dissapointed ,i ordered a tripple deca on friday evening ,there was no cheese,the fillings xem it was an insult I could even count them I have all the pictures for the evidence,there was no sauce my soon has to put tomatoe sauce,I regret wasting my money I understand we are in a black community but this is not the way we should be treated coz we also pay our hard earned money,I sent a review to the shop nobody got back to me I even asked them to come get the pizza before I even eat...

Very terrible I ordered 5 medium pizzas online and 2x Meaty flavor pizzas was burnt, then I retained it one lady try to convince me they is nothing wrong with the Pizza I told her this is not the first time I've ordered this flavor I know it very well, so please make me my 2 Normal Meaty pizza that I paid for not burnt ones. then she notice I'm not one of those they take advantage of. And one they made it was so salty we couldn't even eat I threw it away😡😡. What a waste...
