KFC BP Empire Road — Restaurant in Gauteng

The customer service at this KFC has gone to the dogs to say the least. I bought 2 very simple meals, nuggets meal and streetwise 3. I then left and went to the Pnp express at the garage for approx 15 min. When I went to collect my order and noticed that people who ordered after me were getting their orders but mine was still stuck somewhere. I gave Andiswa my slip and told me to wait nuggets take 3 minutes to cook, I advised her that I ordered over 20 min ago and she said "Yho hai " and she walked away. She came back moments later without my order but to to start packing other customers orders, leaving me hanging like a lost pup. I then had to ask Nomfundo the cashier to come to my rescue because I was about to lose it. Luckily the cashier wasn't busy anymore and she packed the whole order for me from scratch .

It is so sad that this branch has become this way, the employees used to be so efficient. The branch is full of employees instead of getting orders out quickly, they screaming over each other's heads having a ball.

I'm not to write reviews but because my money went down for absolute nonsensical service, I cannot let this go...arrived at the drive through points this evening around half 8 and asked for dunked wings to which I was told there were no wings. I then asked for two boxes of street wise two and added snack burgers to the order. I received my order and headed for home. Ive had a long day, I'm expecting a good meal.
