Fishaways Park Station — Restaurant in Gauteng

So I was so hungry I then did an order online I receive my order only to notice my calamari are missing so I try to send an email...tried doing the survey added my complaint I then eat ...I dnt take a picture .This happened on Friday the 26/11/2021 I then call the following day trying to explain my problem ....the manage goes like he hasn't check emails at around 17:00 in the afternoon then ask how do we solve my problem...he then said he wants an order number I then proved him with it then he said he will call me ...no problem...he WhatsApp me then says he wants a picture after 24 hours it's so unfortunately that I ddnt take the picture so he then said he won't assist me ....so I ask myself if I ddnt get my calamaris who did ...is ur staff stealing from us while we are supporting you guys ....but I thank you because now I will stick to my pots as you have lost a client ... Craziest...

I placed my order on uber eats last night and the order was accepted at your store, the order was assigned to the courier. After 20mins I got a message from the courier asking me to call the store because the store cannot give the courier the food order to deliver. I called the store Manager a lady(Thembie) asking her why they cannot give the courier my food order and she said they're closed. I then asked her why they accepted the order when she knew they won't be able to deliver and she said they know what they're doing they don't just make orders. Disappointed and inconvenienced my children didn't eat last nite. I wasn't gonna be angry if they didn't accepted my order as I was still having some options where I could order fish. Will definitely not order again from the Park...

I don't understand why the owner of this shop allows the staff to serve the food that's prepared in this shop, I order fishaways weekly in Centurion and the food is the best but not this. Shop in park station they have arrogant employees that don't careless about customers the only people they seem to care for are ubers eats, me and my family waited forever to get our food and we had to shut for the food, something has to be done or this shop will be one of those that closes the doors because of ...
