Burger King Park Station — Restaurant in Gauteng

I'm not happy on how things are done here in park station burger King the place is completely a mess it's dirty I had to ask for a cloth nd I was told that I must clean it myself I dan asked for a broom I da gentleman dd not bother to come and sweep cz it was a mess I dd it myself I clean the table dt I was sitting at with hubby.... We ordered at 13:09 I got my food at 13:58 nd worse we said we sitting in eating in bt i was told no trays while trays are sitting at tables empty I'm a very angry cz this is my hard earned cash dt I'm buying it's not like thy making me a favour and thank you to Jabu who assisted me with a smile nd the security guy his very helpful.... With the cashiers Leogaeng she was very polite bt da ladies who are packing our meals the meal was cold and thy pethetic I'm not happy with the new changes even when you want to refill you wait as if thy own those drinks management hire people it's December it's busy such should of been avoided if more hands where there.

0% for honesty and integrity for your staff member Zusiphe,she lied about the manager being present saying that they manager went to the bathroom,whilst she was standing there.I had to wait half an hour for 2X Cuppacake and for someone who make things worse lied when I asked to speak to the manager.Your staff members need training their professionalism 0%. I visited the restaurant and I had a bad experience with burger king before , I ordered online with Mr delivery and when the order was delivered the burgers were so small and yet the price was so expensive so I'm not really a fan of burger king, any way I was with me brother and he wanted a burger 🍔 so we entered burger king , A very very big thank you to staff member Luvuyo he saw us at the order machine he , welcomed us , he was helpful , friendly , recommend the best food according to what we requested , he was amazing , the food was delicious 😋 the atmosphere was so relaxed , safe , we enjoyed our meal and what a pleasant experience, Once again Thank you Luvuyo for ur...
