I ordered a pizza around 18h30 and then I called them at 20h10 after it started raining around 19h45. They then told me that they are waiting for the rain to stop and the driver will heard out. The rain stopped around 20h30 and I decided to not call them right away. I called them at 21h15 and told me that the driver is on his way. I waited until 21h50 and decided to call them and they told me that the driver couldn't get to my place because the road was filled with water. They told me where the driver turned because of the rain and I asked them why didn't use the other two routes to come to my place because my place is just 10 minutes from Springs Gate and they just said that they are sorry but they can't deliver my order. As a loyal customer of the Springs Gate, I was very disappointed at their response rate. I understand that rain was an issue but I shouldn't have to call them every single time only to hear excuses that occurred 30 to 45 minutes earlier. If they had told me a bit earlier that they are not going to make it, I was gonna order somewhere else. I had to eat noodles. It was not the first time I had to call them after two hours to find out if my order was still coming and I have a feeling that it won't be the last time they disappoint me. If I need pizza around 20h00, I have to order...
Read moreThe pizza was dry, barely any cheese, sauce or toppings. Just doughey, dry and tatsteless. This was a huge disappointment. I am from the West Rand and normally get pizza from a branch that side, so I have a standard of the pizza for Debonairs which is ALWAYS DELICIOUS, and the pizza from this branch was utterly disappointing. Not at all what I'm used to and what I expected. Please do something about this. As this standard of pizza is definitely not worth the money I had to pay for trash food. I will never get anything from this branch EVER again and I will advise everyone I know NOT to go to this branch EVER. I'm so mad that I got ripped...
Read moreSWIPE your card at own risk. Delivery scooter arrived to deliver my pizza and I swiped on his card machine for payment. Two hours later I receive a call from a person who claimed to be from my bank asking for my card details and ID number. The caller was claiming that the bank has noted a suspicious fraudulent transaction on my card. He then asked how much money was in the account and for the card number, saying an sms will be sent to authorise the process. Fortunately I realised something was suspicious about the call and told him I’ve transferred all my money from the account and they suddenly lost interest in the matter and...
