Del Forno Parkmore — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. Last night, I did not receive my order, and when I arrived today to request a refund, the staff member misunderstood my request and proceeded to place a new order instead.

While I appreciate the gentleman's apologies for the inconvenience caused by being busy, I believe that effective communication could have resolved the situation much more efficiently. Despite the apologies, the service provided did not align with the level of accountability I expected. After waiting an hour for my food, which was unfortunately cold upon receipt, my request for a refund was still not addressed.

This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my feelings with others. It is important for businesses to not only communicate their apologies but also take appropriate actions to rectify situations. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will be unable to recommend your business to others.

I am tired of ordering Pizza from Uber Eats and when it eventually arrives it is ice cold and dreary. Today I decided to search for a Pizza place that delivers themselves. Del Forno came up. My closest Del Forno is Blairgowrie, but when I selected them ( I decided to order online) it said they aren't reponding..... I tried 3 times. So I tried Parkmore. I live in Bordeaux Randburg which is quite a bit further than Blairgowrie. Within 30 minutes Sabelo rocked up at my door with a PIPING hot Pizza, almost like it was straight out of the oven. I was so impressed that I called the branch and asked to speak to the manager.... Chenjerai came timidly to the phone, probably expecting a complaint. He was extremely happy to hear my happy voice and compliments for him and his staff. I am so happy that there are still Pizzerias that deliver their own Pizzas. UBER eats as convenient as it is unfortunately doesn't have the passion and zest that a restaurant has for itself ! Del Forno please keep up the good work and please...

I have been to Delforno Parkmore many times before and all the staff there are friendly and courteous. This morning I went for a walk and decided to order a takeaway breakfast instead of dine in. I was served by a lady by the name Nokuthula Ngwenya. What a polite and friendly girl. She fulfilled all that I asked for with a smile on her face. We struck a conversation with her, that’s how I found out who she was . She really made me feel at home that I wouldn’t pass to let management know what a germ they have in their institution. Keep it up Noku, and to others...
