Fishaways Blue Hills — Restaurant in Gauteng

Always disappointed in the service, we have been into this store several times and this will be the last time we will use Fishaways Blue Hills, as every time we have terrible service! Twice we have placed an order online, arriving about 60 minutes after placing an order to be told they have not even started our order yet. Going in you have a long wait as well, even when the restaurant is empty! They haven't had stock of calamari for weeks! A pity as the food is good but the lack of service is...

I would rate them Zero Stars if I could! Placed an order on the App, received a notification that it's received only to arrive at the store 30 minutes later to collect and discover that the order was not prepared. Might be a good idea to revoke your store from the App to avoid further disappointment. Clearly this is the norm at this...

Ordered the hake special yesterday and they forgot the coleslaw and lemon that comes with it. There's not much varieties at Fishaways so not sure how they can leave things out. Luckily I was still in the carpark but had to go back in the rain. The young lady did apologise though. On another visit, they charged me the incorrect price...
