I would like to lay a formal complaint.

I cannot believe that you would employ a manager like 'Kanego'. I would like details on how to lay a formal complaint. We visited and bought food this evening only to get home and find an item missing. As it it was my supper I called and asked for a solution for this problem in having the item delivered. Kanego told me she would arrange it with 'their drivers'. Later I received a call from the cashier who made the mistake from a strange number. She was a lovely woman with excellent customer service but was almost in tears telling me the drivers refused to deliver to me due to distance. I asked for the manger and a few minutes later received a call from Kanego with the same number.

I was annoyed and asked her why she as the manger did not just tell the drivers to deliver but not even 30 seconds into the call it was cut off. I tried calling back only to reach the CASHIERS's voicemail!

Calling the KFC number back I spoke with a second manager (I apologies again for how upset I was) who informed me that Kanego had knocked off without a word of the issue and dealing with anything. She cut the call with me from the cellphone and walked out within 1 minute of me calling back and reaching the second manager.

What kind of manager:

1. Puts a cashier in that position to deal with a customer problem with not personal accountability
2. Pushes a cashier to be almost in tears with the situation
3. MAKES THE CASHIER CALL A CUSTOMER FROM THEIR PERSONAL CELLPHONE!

Please provide the details on how to lay a formal complaint with who ever made this...

I'm not usually one to review things but this one deserved it... 1 star is too much!... Since they've "revamped" the KFC the service has gone from bad to worse! The staff are incredibly rude and unfriendly. This KFC never had the Ghost pepper burger, everytime we went they told us they don't have it. The cherry on top was on the weekend I ordered the new braai burger.. I was told to wait in the car park which also seems to be a new thing and we all know it's so that it doesn't show how long a car has waited in the drive through but anyway, the lady brought the packet to me, handed it to me in such a unenthused way and told me "Don't get a shock, it's so cold because it's been sitting on the freezer" I sent it back with her and told her there was no way I paid for a cold burger... She took it back with such attitude only to bring it back 10 minutes later, still cold... My brother threw up the entire meal after eating it. Not to mention their chicken is terribly oily and mushy, I don't even know if it's edible.

I would rather drive to Fourways KFC and I live up the road.

I ordered my meal, only to find out Firstly my order was ready out the wrong number I had to go infront and query my order number to see that the meals with the wrong number shouted out was actually mine. Secondly I got home only to find out all my meals are missing gravy I mean how do you really complete an order with missing items and worst of all I need to drive again to the store to get this items in the rain. When I got my gravy they packed it in side ways I mean it can spill in the packet common guys!!!! The worst part is as you wait and the staff can actually see you brought back the order they still look at you and continue working that is unacceptable I don't think I want to come again to this branch i live righy across but I'd rather drive out and get it some place else in...
