KAUAI Boksburg — Restaurant in Gauteng

When Kauai in Boksburg initially opened, their service was immaculate. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

But now, the service is terrible! They continuously get my orders wrong, the guys that work there are too busy staring at my body/legs then proceed to mess up my order, the female employees are usually always frustrated with the male employees and this is demonstrated right infront of customers, I asked for the manager of the branch and I received no assistance or explanation when I stated my case and the food is now SUB PAR compared to when they opened. I don’t think it’s fair to order a wrap for R108 and then get a dry wrap with absolutely no sauce inside. Then order an all the greens smoothie and get ingredients inside that aren’t even on the menu? These are just two examples of specific things that went wrong.

I hope that something changes at that branch because they’re seriously...

Went to the Kauai in El Ridge Boksburg on the 13 September 2023 They don’t value there customers at all.

I placed an order never was I asked how I would like my meat done

My smoothie also not the same as the day before

When I phoned the store there manager cuts the call while you still talk to them

They don’t deserve any star

They don’t care about there customer they literally don’t about you

But they should be doing well not to care about there customers that pay for there staff salaries for the staff not to care about the people that put the money till. I will gladly give my R 400 + per week to some other restaurant that would value me and not just see my for my money.

I will also never support your El Ridge branch again.

Ps please train your staff customer service

It's the worst when you get home and your order is wrong!

Not handled well by management when i called to complain and to add insult.to injury she blamed the trainee.... who is guiding the trainee? Who is checking the poor trainee? Also , the manager promised to bring me the correct wrap. Now... I know they dont deliver so... how was that going to happen. Why lie?

Very disappointed!

Do we need to check each and every order in store before we leave? Bery difficult to check the inside of these wraps....
