Absolutely awful. I generally don't like takeaways but the family insisted & I thought fish would be OK. My medium hake & chips was the same size as my daughter's small hake. So why do they charge more for it? Fish was tasteless. The chips were soggy and old. They just bent like a green stick. The "coleslaw" was just cabbage soaked in tons of mayonnaise. No social distancing in the shop whatsoever & many people allowed in without masks. I felt very unsafe there. The sanitizer was inside the shop & not at the door. All in all, a terrible experience all around. They will not see my back there again ... ever! In these difficult economic times, you would think businesses would be upping their game to attract customers, not drive them away. Nobody told Fishaways that. Only one word can describe this awful experience. Yuck! Keep well away from Fishaways...

Then when we finally got the food they didn't fill all the boxes properly. so we did not get what we payed for. Then when we asked for a refund they refused and tried to fix it by giving us something we did not pay for that is also cheaper than what we ordered, after we refused they quickly made up an extra box ....

I ordered a seafood hot pot (even though there are three choices for flavour apparently, I see now online) I was not asked and got SPICY! Very very spicy and all over the food, couldn't pic it off. Then the seafood was DECENTLY chared, and not in a good way. Needless to say for a R100.00 meal I am exceptionally disappointed. Back to no...
