If you want to witness incompetence and see people who are just completely incapable in their jobs, go to Fishaways Parktown. I went to the store today and ordered a simple 40-rand wrap without chips. I had to wait for an hour, and people who ordered after me even received their food before I did. When I asked for my order, the incompetent lady was very rude and refused to refund my money. She told me to wait for the manager, who never bothered to attend to me. avoid this store if at all possible. Rude unhelpful staff that close the kitchen for cleaning 30 minutes before the store closes at 8pm (against company policy - I checked !) do not even try to place an order aftet 19h30 they will tell you they are cleaning (happened 4 ot 5 times) not only that but they are rude and dismissive - couldnt care less about the customers requests "if you dont like it go somewhere else" ...so I did. Ordered a meal through Uber eats, which I never received. Upon presenting myself at outlet (Fishaways Parktown), 1. they did not know about the order, 2.
