I'm glad that the service has improved.I ordered initially 2 years ago from Midway mews and it was horrible so didn't order again until I decided to give them a try again 3 months ago and im glad to say I was not disappointed.The Large hake fish was big & tasted good.The rice is cooked to perfection(not mushy/watery or soggy)& both chips&rice are good sized portions.I have order around 5 times from them since and have not been disappointed as yet.I have to say I also decided to try Polofields branch since that's closer to me & they seem to have a special of 20% off running continuously on Mr Delivery App,however I ended up being disappointed since the rice&fish came mushy/soggy and some grains where still hard & it smelled weird so I won't be ordering from the Polofields branch again. Today I ordered again from Midway Mews and was not disappointed again,this time I ordered the the 2 whole baby hake with chips&rice,for the price it was well worth it.Maybe the staff at Midway Mews should go spend a day training the Polofields staff.Well done Midway Mews...

Pathetic service by Vuyo. I was denied my complete order. She sent a driver to apparently pick up the wrong order she sent me..order was late. Now a further 1 hour has passed and her driver from fishaways has still not arrived with my correct order and to pick up an order that's much more expensive than what I ordered. OWNERS: your staff is making you lose money. Not to mention for the entire time I tried to eat my late lunch/ dinner I had not a moment of peace - having my late meal- due to the numerous calls(see screenshot)from your store..now im being called again...im not answering the calls. Your staff is now harassing me with numerous calls . Will the owner send me their number on this forum ? The meal will be kept in my fridge should no...

The way I like Fishaways but this branch is a disappointment, I ordered medium hake , chips and rice. When I got to work and opened my order it was a small hake, about 7 chips and what looks like 3 table spoons of rice. The coleslaw was not fresh. You can’t get a platter for one because they are always out of stock on calamari or something. This is the third time this is happening to me and can’t return the order because I am at work. Not to mention horrible customer service as the staff is always fighting in front...
