I order ONLINE using the APP from this store at least once a month , sometimes twice , and every time I place an order its late! and there is always an excuse! The lady that spoke to me today , didn't really understand me and was very rude! Last time I was told the drivers "choose" which orders to take , so the ones that show a tip , the guys take 1st, others then remain behind and go out late. My order today , delivery for 12:45 , was NOT delivered at that time. I ordered from here through Mr D. Besides the order taking over an hour to get to me, it was absolutely disgusting. I had ordered a portion of fried calamari with a medium coleslaw. When I eventually received the food, the calamari was GRILLED, COLD and the most measly portion I have ever received, considering I had paid R99 for it. Totally disgusted and disappointed. I have always received great service from other Fishaways branches, but I will definitely NEVER order from this one again, and will definitely NOT RECOMMEND IT! This branch really this to pick up their game., super disappointed with the food.

The rice was dry and season-less, the fish batter also had no seasoning, had to add additional salt, the fries were hard as if they were older than today ( they were too crispy especially for my three year old to eat) and last but not least the calamari - bought a medium serving and I could literally count the strips, container not even half full and this is 50 bucks.
