i bought the platter for 1 and the goodlife meal last night. Firstly i had to wait for more than half an hour for my food, yet there was no one else in the shop waiting for their orders. when i complained about waiting they told me that they have many orders and it is taking longer than expected, yet when i received my order my food was cold. both my orders were grilled option. however, my calamari was fried, and so rubbery that it had no taste to it, i wouldn't have even given that to my dog to eat. i could not order additional calamari (thank goodness) as they said it is no longer an additional menu item (even though it is still on the menu bord) the standard of food being sold there at the price they are charging is...

Disgusting food, not in line with advertising and zero concern from staff. It took forever for the food to be ready, everything is tiny and it feels like you are being taken for a ride. Took all the food and tossed it they couldn't even help when I called .. uselss worst branch ever !! What a waste of money!! Don't go here if you want to get good food, service or something worth your money. I wanted to raise an escalation and even that was something they couldn't help with .. in my opinion this place should be closed down! I will be raising this further for false...

I wish I could a Minus 10 star because your service is pathetic. We waited over an hour for our order. When we finally received our order we got small Hakes instead of the Medium hakes that should come with a Trio Family Meal.

The staff do not Comply with the Health Protocols.

Their makes are below their noses and they using their hands to place the Food their packets between touching their faces.

Eventually, Steers Staff had to help fall in and cook for them...
