Ordered food for delivery according to the app the food was collected 45min later my food was delivered. ICE COLD! Worst steers experience I've had

Steers phoned me to apparently try and rectify the issue. All the manager did was acuse me of taking the food without a word to the driver(which is a lie) he then put me on the phone to speak to the driver which is point 1. Not his responsibility to speak to clients about rectifying errors. 2. He is not trained in customer relations. That being said the conversation was pointless.
Furthermore the manager proceeded to tell me I took the food, opened it and ate A chip. Therefore he cannot help??????
My questions where the following; Where do i find a manual on how to properly reject food that is cold? Where in the Ts and Cs does it state that cold food should be returned immediately to the driver without opening or tasting food?
I already paid for the food because I ordered online so how on God's green earth do I just give it back to the driver without tasting it or testing it to see if it's cold.
So what am I supposed to give my child and my family?

Burger... Patty was bland and tasteless, looked like it was shoved in a microwave for a few minutes just to heat up, did not even have grill marks on it. Cardboard would have more flavor and taste. Bacon was transparent and watery. Half of burger was on the side of the bun. Staff looked like it was such an inconvenience to take my order. Not even a smile, felt very unwelcome in the store. I see there has been multiple complaints about the Eldograine branch over a time of more than 4 years. Surely something should be done about it. Was a waste of R180.
Send those staff members to Steers Atlasville to see how it is done. Eldograine is dragging the Steers flame grilled reputation through the mud.

We placed an order directly from the manager Oscar at 11h05 as to give them enough time to deliver when our clients need to eat at 12h00. We made a follow up call at 11h42 to find out - firstly what the total amount is - as they promised to call right back after ordering with this information, upon calling for the above info we find out that the order hasn't even been placed yet.
