The service is very bad and the store manager don't take accountability. We ordered a meal on Friday the 16th of November for collection and we were advised to come and collect in 30min time. we requested Urber to fetch our order, only to find out that the store Manager decided to give someone else our order... Saturday we decided to give it a go again, we order a meal for delivery at 7pm, an hour passed and we called the shop to enquire about our order and we were advised it on the way with a delivery guy, 30min passed now it half 8 and how food hasn't came and remember we are starving now! we called the shop again and the store manager claimed we did not asked for delivery and so he insisted we wait for the driver to deliver our meal . the meal only got to us at 21:15. that's 2:15hours for a delivery and worst part our meal was cold and dry!!! I took the team to Hunga Busta. We were disappointed that none of the burgers were made with beef. However, the tikka burger was awesome. We also tried the chicken tikka (full chicken). It didn't feel like an authentic chicken tikka, but I will never forget the experience of sitting in the container, next to the Shell garage and tearing the box open and distributing chicken and chips to my team. We felt like a family. Why three starts you may ask? Well, after the meal I would have said four stars, but honestly, we all feel like pretty lethargic at the moment. I ordered their mysterious scarlet pizza. I expressed that I'd like to swap the sweet chillie sauce with bbq. The lady said they don't have it. She didn't offer me any other sauce that was available or even offer to put less sweet chillie sauce. After paying she tells me "30 minutes". Half an hour for a direct pizza order!
