We ordered and had to wait 30 minutes to actually get out order. When we approached the lady she informed me that I did not order from her and that's why she doesn't know about my order(new automated orders that is taken by the door)People after us are walking in and out. When enquiring about our order, she spoke in her language, but could see the irritation of my enquiry. Got our food eventually but chicken was so brown and burnt, it doesn't taste like KFC. In the meanwhile- long after ordering from KFC,please bear in mind just chicken, nothing extra like burgers or wraps etc. Chicken Licken took a same quantity order and was done. Had to go wait by KFC again.
The chicken is bland and tasteless. When we were waiting, the oven where the prepared chicken was FULL, yet we had to wait.
Above all is the ignorance of the teller. When we r concern, she couldn't address me in English, she was talking to the other lady in her language, but her facial expression and body language said everything.
The drive through is more priority than us that walk in and order.
Such a disgrace to the KFC franchise. Will definitely post this on Facebook. Wish I can share photos of how unsatisfying the food looks. Never mind tastes.

Once the order was placed, I proceeded to the payment window, only to find no staff present, so I moved forward, assuming I could make the payment at the next window.
However, there were a few cars ahead of me, and I ended up waiting in the queue for 20 minutes due to slow service. When I finally reached the window marked "Pay and Collect," I was informed by the staff that my order had not been processed because I hadn't paid. I was then told I should have waited at the previous window until someone was available to take my payment.
KFC needs to ensure its franchise staff understand the purpose of a drive-through service, which is to provide quick and efficient service. Staff should not abandon their stations, leaving customers to wait unnecessarily. Read moreThis has to be the worst KFC in Gauteng. My friend and I went there on the Sat, 23/11 @ around 23:15. When we stood to order, there was only 1 person at the till but the cashier seemed to take long, so we waited. She went back and forth to talk to the other staff who were probably preparing the order. After a while she was done and we ordered. She then told us she is not sure and went to the back and must have taken a few min which felt like she had gotten lost or forgot about us. She then came back to say she cannot accommodate our order as they only have wings left. So we tried to order something that they had. So she went again to the back and never returned. After much frustration and annoyance, we did not even bother to wait for her to return but I told a drive through staff member to tell her not to bother.
