Today we were served by a lady who was apparently a trainee. She didn't have a badge, but needed some help in taking our order and registering our vouchers. We gave her Keepcups to use for our smoothies, which she didn't use.
I can excuse it all if she's a trainee. By all means, we all need to start somewhere. But what I can't excuse is her indifferent attitude. She could literally not care about how she greets us, making mistakes, apologising, or having a basic smile on her face. She didn't stop to learn how to register the vouchers, she didn't apologise for the mishap with the cups, she just leaned on the counter without a care.
We tried the new Mezze chicken wrap (which was extremely bland and not at all as packed full of food as the Prince or Moroccan we usually is) as well as the steak and avo quesidilla, which was delicious but very small.
